
DESCRIPTION
You will be supporting the German market and will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for a leading streaming platform, primarily serving premium members.
- Identifying customer issues and troubleshooting to provide effective solutions.
- Accurately documenting all actions taken and appropriately categorizing each case, including potential bugs or system issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native German speaker with a B2 level of English proficiency.
- The ideal candidate should enjoy working in an international team environment and engaging with a diverse customer base, as you will serve as the first point of contact.
