Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Assisting customers via email, phone, and live chat
- Collecting and updating customer information in the system
- Providing accurate product-related information (subscriptions, payments, technical requirements, etc.)
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through friendly and effective communication
REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of French and good level of English
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency/work permit
- Customer-oriented mindset and understanding of customer experience value
- Interest in new technologies
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Professional, motivated, and teamwork-oriented
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and embrace an international environment
