Your Role
Support users via phone and email
Assist customers with inquiries related to movies, series, and platform navigation
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Handle issues professionally using strong communication and problem-solving skills
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent French (C2/native level)
English B2
Excellent soft skills and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece or already based there
Comfortable working with customers and digital platforms
EU passport
OFFER
Salary: €1,045 – €1,100 gross/month + performance bonus
40h/week, rotational shifts
Paid flight, airport pickup & 45 days of paid accommodation
Higher pay for weekends and holidays (according to Greek law)
