You will become a specialist advisor for companies in relation to their online advertising campaigns in the Israel region with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business, working alongside companies with high potential, possible future unicorns, in a tech-focused environment.
You will be part of the team who creates unique customer experiences while actively affecting the Israel online marketing environment.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers within agreed budget parameters, and strategically expanding those relationships through upselling where feasible.
Work with outbound as well as inbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products.
Be responsible for your own client portfolio, optimizing your clients' campaigns, and ensuring that customer expectations are met.
Target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets.
Understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match Product solutions and marketing strategies.
Develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins.
Drive revenue growth by converting leads from SMB companies into loyal customers.
Convert SMB leads into strategic deals by guiding clients through the sales process and setting them up for successful launch of their first Google Ads campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English
18 months Sales Experience: previous sales experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
Capable of closing deals with SMB leads by aligning offerings with client needs and goals.
Able to work independently and meet objectives with occasional guidance
CRM Experience: familiar with managing customer data and using CRM tools effectively.
Uses AI tools to support outreach and improve daily tasks.
Good communication skills, able to explain ideas clearly to different audiences.
Comfortable working toward goals in a team setting.
Confident in delivering presentations and written communications.
Takes initiative and maintains a positive, proactive attitude.
Works well independently and collaborates with others when needed.
Understands business goals and contributes to strategic discussions.
Focused on customer satisfaction and providing helpful support.
