Our client is a leading European company in Payroll & HR services, helping businesses take care of their employees – from salaries to contracts and HR administration.
They are now looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Payroll & Customer Support Specialist to join their international team in sunny Valencia!
If you have a background in customer service or administration and want to grow your career in HR, this could be your next step.
What will you do?
You will support companies and their employees with payroll and HR-related questions. Don’t worry — you will receive full training!
Your daily tasks will include:
Helping process monthly salary information for clients
Checking and updating employee data in the system
Answering questions from employees about salaries and contracts (via email and phone)
Supporting clients with administrative HR tasks
Making sure information is correct and up to date
Working closely with your team to meet monthly deadlines
This role combines administration + customer service, making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping people and working with details.
REQUIREMENTS
Who are we looking for?
You don’t need previous payroll experience — motivation and willingness to learn are more important!
Dutch (C1+) and good English
Background in customer service, administration, or similar
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working with systems and Excel
Positive, team-oriented mindset
Eager to learn about HR and payroll, experience is a plus!
