Customer Service for US market in Valencia (homeoffice)

At their Valencia office, our client delivers outstanding service with the goal of creating a 9+ WOW experience for every customer. Our client is looking for someone passionate about helping people, ideally with an interest in graphic design, to join a supportive, motivating, and ambitious team of professionals!

-Native English-speaking (spoken and written)

-Working permit for in Spain or EU Passport and NIE number

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

-Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles

-A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people

-Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills

-Currently based in Valencia or open to relocate

Salary: €1800 - €2000,- gross/month 
Working hours: Monday - Friday 18.00 - 02.30
Remote policy: Due to the US market working hours, this position is fully remote in Spain, with the possibility to work either from Valencia or neighboring regions.
