Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) – Alicante, Spain

For our client in Alicante, we are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking customer service representatives.
What do you get?
- Salary: €2,094.66 gross per month (full-time)
- Bonus: Average of €150 gross per month, with a maximum of 15% of your monthly salary
- Contract: Permanent contract (indefinite term) with a 2-month probation period
- Working hours: Choose between 32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week
- Training: Paid 2-week training so you start fully prepared
- Hybrid working: After the mandatory two-week onboarding period in the office, you can work partly from home depending on your performance (3 days at home, 2 days in the office)
- Location: Modern and friendly office in Alicante

What will you do?
As a customer service representative, you help customers with questions about mobile telephony, internet and television. For example:
- Activating a SIM card
- Solving mobile internet problems
- Investigating slow internet connections
- Helping customers install equipment
- Answering technical questions and offering suitable solutions
Besides delivering excellent service, you also play a commercial role. You spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and you advise customers naturally on products or services that truly suit them.
Who are we looking for?
- You speak and write fluent Dutch (C2 level)
- You have at least B1-level English
- You are customer-friendly, strong communicator and commercially minded
- You think in solutions and work proactively
- You are good with computers and have an affinity with technology
- You have the right to live and work in Spain and hold the necessary documentation
Working hours
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 – 17:30
