The Role
As part of our client’s Dutch-speaking Customer Support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who already trust and value the brand. Your mission is simple: listen, help, and make every interaction feel effortless.
You’ll handle questions about products, orders, and deliveries with patience and clarity, always focusing on finding the best solution. No scripts, no pressure, just genuine support that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Assist with questions about orders, products, returns, and delivery updates
- Provide clear, friendly, and solution-oriented support in every interaction
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
- Keep records accurate and up to date in the system

REQUIREMENTS
Who You Are
- A native Dutch speaker with a natural talent for clear, empathetic communication
- Patient, calm, and great at understanding customer needs
- Detail-oriented and organized, you enjoy getting things right
- Team-minded, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Experience in customer support or service is helpful but not required. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your motivation to help people
