Join our client as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent in Stunning Rabat

Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure in Morocco's vibrant capital? We're looking for motivated Dutch-speaking talent to join an international contact center, working on a dynamic project for the leading telecommunications provider in Belgium and Luxembourg. This is your chance to combine meaningful work with the experience of living in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Advise and recommend the best packages and plans to meet customer needs.
  • Answer customer questions about services, products, and functionalities.
  • Manage billing and customer accounts.
  • Handle disputes, claims, and customer requests.
  • Convert service calls into opportunities to promote additional services.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Dutch at an advanced level and B2 English
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Clean criminal record and a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Strong motivation to work in Morocco long-term.
