FOUNDEVER is looking for motivated customer contact agents for a renowned telecommunications company.

At FOUNDEVER Rabat (Morocco) you now have the chance to work in a challenging project! As a member of a young Dutch-speaking team, you will benefit from a paid training of three weeks.

 

Do you have the voice? As a customer service employee, you are responsible for a good relationship between you and the customer.

  • With your voice and a friendly offer, you bring a smile to the customer's face.
  • Be commercial and like to sell
  • You also need to be able to silence that voice from time to time and listen carefully to the customer.

 

In addition, you must also:

  • Offer the customer a suitable solution.
  • Assist and advise the customer if necessary.
  • Answer customer questions about their bill, technical support, or the products and services the company offers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of the Dutch language.
  • You learn quickly, are good at multitasking and can respond quickly and appropriately.
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented trait; friendliness should be second nature to you.
  • Has a pleasant telephone voice.
  • Loves competition, and especially loves winning.
  • Basis computer skills.
  • Experience as a call agent is not a must, but it is an added asset.
