Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Role: Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for European Parking App
Salary: 1040 euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance and night shift allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1298 euro gross p/m
Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to
Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00h.

Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor you will represent a European Parking App and you will be responsible for providing high quality service to customers who have questions or experience problems with the app. Your contact with customer will go through various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, Chat, Email and Social Media. This is a versatile role which may involve providing information about parking rates, locations, availability, or addressing concerns related to transactions, account management, or app functionality. Besides this, you could be assisting users with technical problems they encounter while using the parking app, such as login issues, app crashes, or payment processing errors.

- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous customer service experience desired

- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
