DESCRIPTION

Location: Athens, Greece

Role: Dutch speaking Content Moderator

Salary: Competitive package

Relocation: Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 08.00-19.00

Our client in Greece is a global leader in customer experience management, providing exceptional support and solutions to clients across a wide range of industries. For their multilingual hub in Athens, we are recruiting for fluent Dutch speaking Content Moderators.

The Role

As a Content Moderators you will work within the Monetization Integrity department of a very-well-known social media video sharing platform. The Monetization Integrity team plays a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of revenue-generating content. Your focus is on ensuring that all monetized creativity aligns with ethical standards and quality expectations. You will be tasked to ensure a safe, ethical, and high-quality experience across the social media platform. You will be responsible for screening, monitoring, and tagging content based on company policies and guidelines, strictly adhering to set standards.

Key Responsibilities

Moderate and review content across various product lines: Social media content moderation, Ad moderation, Ad labeling, Account reviews
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations for monetized content
Identify and escalate content that requires further review by internal teams or clients
Contribute to maintaining a safe and ethical digital environment by enforcing quality control measures.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate should have:

Fluent in Dutch and English
Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
Attention to detail
Multi tasking skills

The selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 4 weeks.
