- Support customers via phone, chat, and email
- Help users with account questions, billing, purchases, and troubleshooting
- Use internal tools and knowledge base to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Deliver service excellence while following structured processes
- Work with teammates to improve customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak Dutch (C2/native) and English fluently
- You enjoy solving problems and helping people
- You’re a great communicator with an eye for detail
- You’re quick to learn new tools and processes
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required — full training provided!

- €1,785€ gross/month + performance bonus
