DESCRIPTION
Location: Athens, Greece

Role: Danish speaking Online Retail Assistant

Salary:  EUR 1300 gross p/m (paid 14 x per year) plus EUR 100 gross on meal vouchers plus up to 10% performance bonus

Hours: 40 hrs per week between Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00

The Role

As on Online Retail Assistant you will support customers of a fast-growing e-commerce company that specializes in offering a seamless online shopping experience. You will be assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to ensure an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support to resolve customer issues.
Assist with order inquiries, account management, and general troubleshooting.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.





REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Fluency in Danish
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
