DESCRIPTION

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: Danish speaking Customer Advisor

Salary: €1500 p/m (14 salary payments) Plus possible performance bonus of €100 p/m, plus €7.23 per working day meal allowance, plus 20 EUR p/m transport allowance

Working hours: 40 hours per week: rotational between Monday to Friday (including bank holidays): 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Rotational shifts), Days Off: Weekends

Relocation: Flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m

The Company

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Portugal, we are seeking fluent Danish speakers to join our client's dynamic customer service team.

The Role

As a Customer Advisor you will represent a lighting solutions company. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat. Answering their queries in regards to products, problem solving and first time resolution are the focus in this role.

Responsibilities

Handle technical customer inquiries for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging platforms.
Provide clear and practical information within set guidelines, addressing questions on procedures and services.
Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues.
Respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case details.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
Work collaboratively with technicians to resolve or properly close support tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue, follow management directives, and provide feedback when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English and Danish
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
