Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, to C-level decision-makers.
Quickly establish rapport, understand customer pain points, and uncover business needs.
Gather technical and business requirements and connect customer challenges with appropriate Cloud solutions.
Use a solution-selling approach to demonstrate value and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and sales activities throughout the prospecting process.
Work towards individual and team KPIs, including productivity, conversion, opportunity generation, and pipeline growth.
Accurately document customer interactions, notes, requirements, and deal details in Salesforce.
Collaborate with the wider sales organization to ensure qualified opportunities are transferred to the appropriate sales path.
