REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable college degree or related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian
- Good English skills
- Good MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High motivation and enthusiastic approach
- Self-organized
- Planning and prioritization skills
- Effective decision making
- Knowledge and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Life experience to apply to managing situations
- Early adopter of technology
- Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.
