Your Role

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat
• Provide clear and professional guidance on products and services
• Address customer questions and concerns efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Handle issues with ownership and a solution-oriented mindset
• Create positive customer experiences and build long-term satisfaction
• Contribute to a team focused on service excellence and continuous improvement

• Fluent Spanish or French (written and spoken)
• Very good English skills for internal communication and training
• Previous experience in customer support or customer care (at least 6 months preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems
• Interest in the automotive sector is a strong advantage
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach
