Your main tasks will be:
  •     Telephone and e-mail service for Italian-speaking individual clients
  •     Presenting Beliani products to our clients
  •     Chat service
  •     Managing the timely execution of orders and return shipments
  •     Handling customer service inquiries pre- and post-sale via phone, e-mail, and chat
  •     Supporting other markets in English
REQUIREMENTS
  •     Fluency in Italian
  •     Communicative level of English (min. B1 level)
  •     Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •     Good cultural knowledge of a given market
  •     Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud Suite
  •     Ability to work both in a team and independently
  •     Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and be a problem solver
