Client Relation Specialist (Italian Market)

What You’ll Do:

• Boost Sales: Connect with potential clients, build strong relationships, and help them see the value in what we offer.
• Client Relationships: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the support and back-office teams to ensure full service for our customers.

• Sales Enthusiast: You’ve got a few years of sales experience under your belt and love the thrill of closing a deal.
• Experience: You have: 3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets OR 3+ years of experience in hospitality/tourism OR 1+ year of experience in call-center on a sales position OR 1+ year of experience in door-to-door sales.
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using CRM tools, video conferencing, and other digital sales platforms.
• Excellent command of Italian
• Good English language skills (at least a B2/C1 level),
