Vacation Financial Protection Specialist with Italian

Salary: 2100 - 2600 EUR Gross

Languages:  Italian (C1) + English  (C1)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Shifts: Day/Late (Full-time, 40h/week)

What You’ll Do:

Communicate with customers via calls, messages & chats (including urgent cases)

Investigate & resolve claims related to property protection & liability

 Assess financial claims, fraud investigations & dispute resolutions

 Provide feedback on policy improvements & risk assessments

Maintain accurate records and ensure data security

What We’re Looking For:

1-3 years of experience in insurance claims, fraud investigations, or dispute resolution

Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

 Excellent communication & empathy for handling complex cases

Tech-savvy & adaptable to new digital platforms
