Join our RSA team at Allianz Partners, where you will help customers facing roadside emergencies such as vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or fuel-related incidents. Whether it’s a flat tire or a car that won’t start, your role will be to ensure help is on the way—quickly.

What You Will Do:
You will rotate between Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) as you develop your skills, but at the beginning, you will work only in Front Office.
Front Office (FO) - Incoming Calls
Answer emergency calls from customers needing roadside assistance
Gather essential details and quickly assess the situation
Coordinate the appropriate assistance for each case
Back Office (BO) - Coordination and Follow-up
Dispatch: Arrange emergency transport through our systems and collaborate with Business Partners (BPs)
Follow-up Calls: Organize additional services (car rentals, vehicle returns, pick-ups)
Social Calls: Contact customers after the incident to ensure all needs are met
Training and Development
We invest in your success from the start:
Duration: 4-6 months
Structure: 3 progressive training phases, each with hands-on practice
Support: Individual guidance from trainers, regular feedback, and clear growth paths
Once you are fully multi-qualified, you will continue to develop with a new trainer focused on your long-term success
Shifts and Working Hours
Regular Shifts: 08:00 - 23:00 (Monday-Sunday)
Night Shifts: Only after completing full training and mastering skills (every 2 months for 5-7 days)
Weekend Shifts: Assigned once you are confident and skilled in at least two areas
Shift schedules are fair and balanced, managed with your Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS
