- Provide assistance via phone, email or chat,
- Engaging with customers or clients to understand their issues and needs effectively,
- Handle and process customer complaints with empathy and professionalism,
- Serve B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first- and second-line support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Service-oriented thinking with focus on customer experience,
- Fluency in Swedish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2),
- Administrative and technical knowledge,
- Outstanding communication skills and good listener.
