DESCRIPTION
As an AI Data Annotation Specialist, you are responsible for evaluating and improving AI-generated advertising content by adhering to established guidelines, providing insightful feedback, and participating in consensus-building discussions. You possess a deep understanding of cultural nuances, maintain awareness of current trends, and contribute to enhancing the AI's performance and quality metrics.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assess queries following established guidelines, offering feedback and seeking clarity. Queries can include sensitive content.
- Comprehend statistical and quality metrics to drive performance improvement.
- Remain culturally aware of current cultural trends and locale-specific nuances..
- Collaborate with global teams, fostering cooperation, and achieving consensus on content evaluation.
- Constantly communicate to create clear and constructive feedback, engage in clarifying discussions, and participate in global consensus-building sessions. Ensuring messages are conveyed clearly and effectively.

STUDIES & EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of University studies - Desirable
- 1+ years of rating experience - Desirable
- An academic background or proven experience in Humanities, Social Science, Law, Business or Finance- Required
- Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.- Desirable
KNOWLEDGE
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their ethical implementation in advertising systems, with a strong grasp of advertising regulations, platform policies, and privacy laws.
- Exposure to US cultural and society context
- Strong ability to understand written content, detect intent, and follow complex logic frameworks.
- High attention to detail and consistency in applying structured guidelines.
