REQUIREMENTS
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Dutch language skills (B2 or higher)
- Solid command of English (B1 or higher)
- Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features
- Demonstrated empathy, and understanding of the needs of our users to provide the best possible support
- Desire to contribute to the team's success, going above and beyond to assist customers
