What will you do?
  • Resolve issues using excellent customer service, problem-solving, and technical reasoning skills.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and case tracking systems with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with local management, peers, and clients to ensure issue resolution meets satisfaction.
  • Follow agreed procedures and escalate when necessary.
  • Master all tools used and stay updated on products, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain quality standards and correct any deficiencies promptly.
  • Submit required service delivery reports and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Assist management with training and quality assurance plans.
  • Mentor new team members and provide coaching on quality expectations.
  • Participate in service delivery planning and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Serve as backup Team Leader when needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile:
