Join our client's team as a Customer Support Advisor for the Mercedes project in Chania. You’ll assist customers with a variety of inquiries and enjoy a full relocation package with a free company-provided apartment. Work in a modern office and enjoy life on one of Greece’s most vibrant islands!

What will you do?
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding Mercedes services
- Assist with product information, account issues, and service coordination
- Guide users through Mercedes digital platforms
- Issue updates and follow up on ongoing requests
- Resolve invoice and payment-related questions
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service
- Ensure a seamless customer journey
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or near-native level of Danish
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong soft skills and active listening abilities
- Confident, empathetic, and positive communicator
- Able to work in shifts, 24/7 availability required
- Good multitasking and time-management skills
- Comfortable with data entry and using software systems
