Role Summary

Finnish Customer Advisor, Handling inquiries via phone, email, or chat, you’ll provide expert solutions while documenting interactions and contributing to team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and deliver tailored support to ensure satisfaction.
• Documentation: customer interactions to support follow-ups and help find solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve issues efficiently, escalating urgent matters when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently while contributing to team objectives through effective communication.
• Performance Goals: Meet high standards for response times and resolution quality.
• Adaptability: Team tasks and participate in training to stay updated.

Compensation

• Starting salary of €1,600–1,700/month with potential for higher pay based on performance and experience.

• Language Skills: Finnish (B2 level or higher) with basic English proficiency (B1+) for documentation and internal communications.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
