Guest Services Support Specialist with German & English

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound customer calls in German, ensuring top-tier service for hotel guests.

✔ Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and inquiries.

✔ Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.

✔ Provide detailed information about hotels, resorts, and vacation properties.

✔ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

✔ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

What We Expect from You:

• Fluent in German and English (both written & spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus!
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service!

• Full-time position (39h/week) with shifts between 09:00 – 23:00, Monday to Sunday.
• 60-day probation period followed by an unfixed-term contract.
