Are you passionate about luxury fashion and fluent in Polish and English?
Join one of the world’s most prestigious fashion brands in Warsaw as a Client Advisor and become the trusted personal style consultant for an exclusive clientele.
- Relocation Package : Support with accommodation for the first month
- Monthly gross salary: Up to 7,000 PLN gross/month + Commission scheme
The client is seeking a dynamic and communicative individual with beginner to mid-level experience only.
• 2 years of sales experience with strong examples of handling sales and building long-term client relationships
• 2 years retail experience with high-end products (luxury brands only)
• Fashion experience – genuine knowledge/experience required (luxury fashion preferred; strong alternatives such as luxury real estate may be considered if combined with fashion knowledge)

As a Client Advisor, you will represent a globally renowned luxury house, developing long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through a refined shopping experience across all product categories.

What will you do?
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Welcome every client and deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Advise clients across the brand’s full range of products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships through clienteling tools.
- Collaborate as part of the team to meet overall store objectives.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand and product collections.
- Uphold brand grooming and behavior standards.
- Follow internal policies and procedures.

- Fluency in Polish and English.
