Technical Support Agent with Danish: Live & Work in Portugal

-Provide inbound support in Danish via phone, chat, and email.

-Respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information.

-Ensure high customer satisfaction.

-Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues.

-Manage escalations and accurately document interactions. 

-Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close tickets. 

-Maintain the internal ticketing system in English. 

-Represent the brand and uphold its values in every customer interaction. 

-Native-level Danish language skills (C2) and proficiency in English.

-Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.

-Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for users.

-Strong wireless troubleshooting ability.

-Patience, confidentiality, and attention to detail. 

-Up to date on IT and tech trends.

-Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
