Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company provides services to both individual drivers and professional transport operators. With a robust network of workshops and specialized technicians, along with advanced technological infrastructure, it delivers efficient technical support. Its approach combines innovation, customer service, and sustainability. The company is currently looking to strengthen its team for the upcoming summer season.

your functions
As a Technical Customer Support, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating by phone with repair workshops (mainly in Spain, some in Portugal)
  • Requesting and following up on diagnostics and repair estimates
  • Overseeing repair processes, including managing parts, timelines, and technical decisions
  • Providing technical advice to help determine whether certain repairs should be carried out
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics is essential
  • Fluent Spanish is a must; English is a plus
  • Dutch fluency is highly valued
  • Vocational training in Automotive (Intermediate or Higher Level) is a plus
  • Proactive and solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills
OFFER
  • Contract period: from June 2nd to August 31st, with the possibility to start in mid-June and extend until early September.
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM; Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
  • Gross annual salary: €26,600.
  • Shift allowance: Additional compensation for weekday shifts after 6:00 PM and on Saturdays.
  • Transportation: Public transport pass provided (Zone 1).
  • Location: Offices located in central Barcelona.
