As a Team Leader- Hot Kitchen, you will work ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation across our themed restaurants.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern industrial kitchen

• Know all menu recipes and prepare them to professional standards

• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards in the workplace

• Coordinate and supervise the team while providing coverage as needed

• Collaborate with supervisory staff to plan appropriate menus and support the Executive Chef

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Culinary School

• 3 years of experience in a similar position

• Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine

• Good command of the English language

• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
