Talent Search People is a dynamic recruitment company based in Spain. We are leaders in the Barcelona and Madrid recruiting scene, with an international and young working environment.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work exclusively with one of our esteemed clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting job analyses and compiling detailed job profiles

- Filtering applications and conducting telephone pre-screening interviews

- Performing in-person interviews

- Managing the entire selection process from start to finish

- Enhancing company visibility and contributing to the ongoing development of the employer brand

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

- You are based in Barcelona.

- You have a native level of Portuguese.

- You have a good command of English or Spanish in addition to Portuguese.

-You have prior experience in recruitment.
