Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
Role: Swedish-speaking Digital Advertising Sales Executive
Salary: Basic €25,330 gross/year + up to €4,470 gross/year in bonus
Hours of work: 39hrs p/week Mon-Fri
Relocation package: flight to Barcelona, accomodation for 1 month plus assistance with finding long term accomodation.
We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Digital Advertising Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and developing new advertising clients across digital platforms.
This is a hybrid role combining Business Development, full-cycle Sales, and early-stage Account Management, offering exposure to one of the world’s most dynamic online advertising environments. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful advertising solutions while building strong, long-term relationships with clients in the Nordic market.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage high-potential advertising clients through outbound prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and advertising goals
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and advertising proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Support new clients during the initial onboarding phase
- Monitor campaign performance and share optimization insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent Swedish and advanced English
- Experience in sales, combining Business Development and Account Executive/Account Management responsibilities
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, or social media platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Highly organized and comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline
- Adaptable mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
