Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative position with hybrid working in Budapest.
Utilize your language skills and bring your customer-focused mindset, the company will take care of the rest! Part-timers, fresh grads and experienced professionals are welcome.
Responsibilities:
Be in contact with vendors and/or customers via chat and email, and occasionally phone
Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
REQUIREMENTS
Good language skills in Swedish - you would be confident to use it in your work
Intermediate English knowledge
Customer service experience is an advantage
Customer-centred mindset and excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and work in an international environment
