Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support across multiple channels while ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional support for our products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, and live chat.
• Utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools effectively.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Follow established procedures, knowledge base resources, and best practices to provide accurate solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

Working Hours
• 10:00 – 18:00
• Monday to Sunday (rotational schedule)
