Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative search strategies with the agencies and clients, identifying operational and strategic opportunities for growth and scaling best practices across all accounts. You will directly manage the client and agency relationships for search, ensuring operational excellence and coordinating across markets.

Responsibilities
- Work with agencies to address account improvement opportunities and deploy training programs often in collaboration with others in the Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams to uplevel their knowledge and execution excellence.
- Lead search related conversations both at practitioner and more strategic level, liaising with clients of all levels up to Marketing Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.
- Experience with agency execution (e.g., marketing, advertising).
- Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing, with the knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills.
