Location: work from home in Greece
Role: Remote Customer Advisor – Swedish Market
Salary:  Base Salary + language bonus €1300 gross/month Plus Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly based on KPIs (after the first 3 months, paid from month 4) Plus Meal Allowance: €5 per working day via Up Hellas Card
Hours: 40 hrs per week rotational Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 20:15

The Role

Are you a fluent Swedish speaker with a passion for helping people? Join a dynamic customer service team from the comfort of your home in Greece! We’re hiring Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist customers of a leading Telecommunications company. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be assisting customers via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You’ll also handle some calls in English and use English-based training and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in Swedish and English
  • Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues and provide effective solutions
  • Guide customers through products, services, and billing information
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Document interactions clearly in the system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who have: 
  • Fluency in Swedish
  • Intermediate English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
