Recruitment Consultant Portuguese

We are looking for you! For our head office in Barcelona we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are looking for a person who is passionate about recruitment and Human Resources. 

Talent Search People is an international Human Resources Consultancy, specialised in offering tailor-made solutions in the field of recruitment, located in Barcelona and Madrid. We specialise in recruiting IT & E-commerce, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Legal, Engineering & Pharma and Native Speakers. We offer national and international recruitment services as well as other HR services: TSP|Consulting, In-house Recruitment, RPO, Outplacement, Executive recruitment and Interim Management.

We are currently in a period of growth and we are looking for Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about Human Resources and want to grow with us.

Your main objective will be to work as a partner of our clients to find the best talent according to their needs, as well as to build a long-term relationship of trust with them. 

You will play a key role as a recruitment expert accompanying our candidates throughout the process and advising our clients on labour market trends.

What will be your responsibilities?

- Selection of specialised profiles in the areas of IT & Ecommerce.

- Job description analysis and requirements gathering.

- Definition of the recruitment strategy and attraction of professionals in a 2.0 environment.

- Drafting of advertisements and publication on different employment websites.

- You will use different job portals, databases and headhunting tools, but you will also be able to propose innovative ideas to attract the ideal candidate.

- Telephone pre-screenings and competency interviews.

- Monitoring of the processes with both the client and the candidate through fluid and continuous communication, generating greater commitment and interest in the offer.

- Advising on sector and labour market trends.

- Working together with our sales team to build a solid and trusting relationship with our clients.

- Daily communication with our internal team and our clients for continuous feedback.

Who are we looking for?

- We are looking for a person with a passion for Human Resources who wants to continue developing their professional career.

- University education preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations or similar.

- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Advanced level of English.

- Other languages are a plus.

- We are looking for people who are customer and results oriented, with communication skills, enthusiastic, proactive, with critical capacity, and with a lot of enthusiasm to contribute ideas.
