DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Recruiter with BPO experience to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
  • Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates. Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.
  • Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
  • Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
  • Maintain and update the social media channels & local market , such as Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn & University connects.
  • Planning and execution of recruitment events, e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, etc.
  • Coordination & communication with stakeholders and external partners,
  • Maintaining reporting/tracker.
REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies
  • Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company
  • Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
  • Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
  • Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
