DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Recruiter with BPO experience to be part of our Recruitment Team in Portugal (Oeiras)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Actively hunt and recruit potential candidates.
- Administer tests, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates. Post and manage meaningful job advertisements independently.
- Manage the full recruitment process ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the candidate.
- Perform administrative duties including resume formatting for a client presentation, scheduling of interviews, the closing of candidates and job offer negotiations including terms of employment.
- Maintain and update the social media channels & local market , such as Facebook, Instagram , LinkedIn & University connects.
- Planning and execution of recruitment events, e.g., job fairs, walk-ins, etc.
- Coordination & communication with stakeholders and external partners,
- Maintaining reporting/tracker.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of relevant experience in the local market / BPO / Agency companies
- Go creative ways and have innovative ideas to inspire new employees for the company
- Ability to overcome objections and be persistent.
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2)
