DESCRIPTION
Lead a team within the Purchase-to-Pay function, ensuring performance, efficiency, and quality across processes. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing, motivating and developing a team (15 members); Defining and monitoring performance targets and ensuring SLAs are met; Handling complex and escalated cases; Overseeing workload distribution and team performance; Supporting onboarding, training and career progression; Driving process improvements and operational excellence; Acting as a subject matter expert and supporting projects when needed; Collaborating with stakeholders across departments. 
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in French and English (mandatory); 
3 to 5 years of experience in P2P / Accounting; 
Previous experience managing teams (minimum 2 years); 
Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills; 
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions; 
Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented profile; 
Degree in a relevant field (plus) and accounting knowledge.
OFFER
Full-time permanent position (08h to 17h);
Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days home-office;
Direct contract with the client;
Attractive base salary + Meal Allowance (9,60€/day);
