Outbound Customer Service Representative with German-Lisbon

We invest in team training with brands to assist them in a field of great importance, such as customer relations.

Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the insurance sector.

• Outbound contact with potential clients in the insurance sector;
• Provide a detailed description of the conditions of the product;
• Address questions regarding coverage, etc.

• Computer literacy;
• Formal and polished language;
• Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
• Native or near native level German (mandatory);
• Knowledge of English (C1/C2).
