Onboard Luxury Retail & Event Specialist

Cast-A-Way recruitment is seeking passionate, sales-driven retail professionals to join top luxury cruise lines globally. In this role, you will elevate the guest journey, host exciting promotional events, and drive revenue across onboard boutiques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage passengers through storytelling and high-touch product expertise to maximize sales revenue.

• Manage POS system, register operations, and strict cash-handling procedures.

• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and accurate inventory management.

• Plan and host interactive onboard activations, including product tastings, trunk shows, raffles, and VIP events.

• Maintain strong clienteling techniques while ensuring full compliance with duty-free and international tax regulations.

• Collaborate closely with onboard marketing, shore excursions, and entertainment teams to cross-promote events and drive foot traffic.

  Essential Requirements

• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages are a strong plus).

• Proven experience in retail sales, luxury goods, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality and a flair for public speaking or hosting events.

• Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations.
