Onboard Medical & Health Services Staff

. What will I do? Provide shipboard primary and urgent care in the medical center and rapid response across the vessel. Execute medical duties to ensure full compliance with maritime health, safety, and operational standards. . Positions Available:

• Doctors — Shipboard physicians with ER/urgent care background; lead code team; diagnose, treat and determine fitness for duty; coordinate referrals and medevacs; maintain clinical governance.

• Nurses — RNs (preferably ER/ICU) handling triage, vitals, IV/med administration, wound care, ECGs, diagnostics and EMR charting; support clinics and emergencies.

• Dentists — General dentistry and emergencies (exams, fillings, extractions, temporary fixes); strict sterilization and infection control per USPH; patient education.

• Physiotherapists — MSK assessment and rehabilitation for guests and crew; post-injury protocols, mobility programs, ergonomics and return-to-work planning.

. Essential Requirements

• Languages: Fluent spoken and written English required (additional languages are a strong plus).

• Proven experience in emergency, urgent care, clinical nursing, dentistry, or physical therapy in a healthcare setting.

• Strong clinical skills with high discipline, accuracy in documentation, and strict adherence to maritime medical and public health standards.

• Valid passport and ability to pass standard seafarer medical and visa evaluations.
