What will you do?
- Research and prospect for new clients in the Nordic market
- Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other communication channels
- Present the solution to office managers, travel managers, HR directors, and other stakeholders
- Propose strategies and campaigns to optimize the sales process and drive growth
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive and the broader Sales Team
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
- Native level of Norwegian or Finnish and a good command of English
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or relevant academic background
- Strong hunger for challenge and high performance
- Proactive mindset with a readiness to propose new solutions
- Adaptability in fast-paced, changing environments
- Possession of required documentation to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, bank account, social security number)
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or start-ups
