Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customers.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in Norwegian,German,Spanish,Italian, Norwegian,Slovenian,Dutch,Polish or Slovak(both written and verbal)
- Fluency in English for internal communication
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or related field preferred.
Note: You need to be an EU citizen or have a Full-right permit valid (VISA) to Greece
