DESCRIPTION
This is a full-cycle sales role, meaning you’ll be responsible for everything from identifying potential customers to closing deals. Over time, as you build your portfolio, key account management will also become an important part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting (95% outbound):
You’ll spend the majority of your time reaching out to potential customers through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn messaging
- Other creative methods
- Your goal is to build and grow your own pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Process:
You’ll own the entire sales cycle:
- Identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Reach out and book meetings
- Run sales meetings
- Close deals
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Identify and research new leads
- Reach out to them (typically sales managers)
- Book and conduct meetings (goal: 10 meetings per week once fully ramped up)
- Close at least 1 deal per week based on those meetings
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for driven and results-oriented sales professionals with 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within the IT or Tech industry.
This is not an entry-level role — we seek individuals who understand the full sales cycle and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

- Self-starter attitude: You’re independent, resilient, and have a strong work ethic. You know what it takes to succeed and aren't afraid of a challenge.
- Tech-savvy: You have a proven background in selling IT or Tech solutions, and you’re comfortable navigating complex products or services.
- Sales process expertise: You're experienced in the entire cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing and account management.
- Strong communicator: Excellent communication skills are essential — fluent English is required, and native-level proficiency in the local working language is a strong advantage.
- Client-focused: You know how to build rapport and develop trust with clients, even from the very first touchpoint.
OFFER
Base salary: 30-40k per year
OTE (on target earning - base and bonus) = 80k eur per year
Full-time position: Monday to Friday.
