Italian-Speaking Account Manager

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Account Manager to join our international call center in Las Lagunas de Mijas.

In this role, you will:

• Contact existing clients by phone, introduce our services, and present them in an engaging way.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Provide support and guidance on our platform and training products, answering questions and helping clients make informed decisions.

• Keep clients updated with relevant news and opportunities in the market.

• Achieve targets while focusing on customer satisfaction.

• High level of English (spoken and written) – essential for internal communication.

• Previous sales experience will be valued (call center, telesales, or customer-facing roles, etc).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
