Italian Customer Consultant - Lisbon or Remote

Your mission:

• You will be responsible for managing phone contacts with customers.
• Customer support to ensure their long-term loyalty.
• Advising customers on all services and offers.

• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
• Good communication skills
• Contact center environment experience.
• Sales experience

• Direct and permanent contract with the client.
• Base salary + Meal Allowance
• Italian monthly bonus + English monthly bonus (cumulative).

• Training with a fixed performance bonus

• Health insurance with the 6th month of contract

Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotative 8H shifts, between 7am to 10pm)
